Our team will be present to welcome you upon arrival and hand over the keys. If you arrive outside regular hours, please WhatsApp us in advance and we will arrange everything for you.

Your home

The Villa

Pool — Available from 07:00 to 21:00. Please shower before entering. Towels are provided inside.
Air conditioning — AC units are in each bedroom. Please turn them off when leaving and keep windows closed while in use.
Drinking water — Please use the water dispenser at the entrance for all drinking water. It is filtered and refreshed daily. Do not drink from the tap.
Electricity & generator — Power cuts can occasionally occur on the island. To preserve fuel and energy, our backup generator runs from 18:00 to midnight only. We appreciate your understanding — it is our small contribution to a more sustainable Zanzibar.
Waste — Please place the bin outside the villa in the evening. Our housekeeper will collect it and bring the container back the following morning.
Noise — Please keep music and gatherings quiet after 22:00 out of respect for neighbours.
Keys — Please leave the keys on the kitchen table or hand them to our team at checkout.

⚡ Power cuts — good to know

If a power cut occurs during the day, the generator will start at 18:00. We recommend keeping a torch or your phone charged. Candles are available in the living room drawer.
